The restaurant offers dining experiences that typically consist of several course menus. The focus is to give the guest a total dining experience, where the taste of the different dishes interacts and gives a better dining experience. Of course, you will still be able to enter and eat only one main course. There is also always the option of a vegetarian three course menu.
Freshly caught seafood is always served directly from Øresund
Restaurang Ellas goal is to try to use as close-produced as possible, and at the same time as far as possible organic or KRAV-grown raw materials. These are delivered through good contacts from Skåne and Swedish farmers and producers.

Resturang Ella’s ambition is that in addition to offering the guest high quality food and a fantastic environment, it could also complement this with a fine wine list. Here, focus is on using natural wines, organic wines and beverages.
Chef's table
If you want to find something special for your friends or business customers, our Resturang Ella offers the kitchen’s table on five chairs. Here you sit on the first parquet in the kitchen, and in the evening you can see how the chefs prepare your food and take the opportunity to ask how the person produces the food.
– This is a very exclusive experience and must be pre-booked to be sure of getting a seat.
Evening event
– Welcome with champagne and snacks.
– Presentation of chefs and evening menu.
– Five course menu is enjoyed along with suitable wines. You sit and watch while the food is cooked and can take the opportunity to discuss food with the chef directly.
– The evening ends with coffee and candy inside the dining room, where you have a moment to relax yourself and round off the evening.
