Payment Visithven receives payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will only be charged to your account when the ticket is purchased or the event is booked.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. taxes.

Visithven uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you cannot read your information.

Delivery Your ticket or confirmation of booking of event will be delivered to the email address you have posted by check out.

Reimbursement If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

Cancellation

There is no right of withdrawal on tickets purchased online.

In special cases or circumstances, a message can be sent to kundeservice@visithven.dk. In the announcement, you must make clear to us which special event that makes you want a refund of your online purchase.
