Hven Durum bakes buns and bread from their custom made durum flour. Here, Britta has painted her own flour on durum, which has been grown on the island for over 20 years. The meal, which she proudly says, is Sweden’s best durum flour, she adorns herself with delicious cardamom and buns in her little bakery. And then she opens the door, hangs the “open” sign from which she ensures that the locals and all the summer guests get something sweet to eat for the coffee.
